By proceeding with an online payment, you acknowledge that you are being billed for travel-related services provided by Ge’Gard Indian Trails or its authorized agents. These services may include, but are not limited to, hotel bookings, airline tickets, transportation arrangements, guide services, entry tickets, and related activities.

All payments are made with the clear understanding that no refund claims will be made through your credit/debit card provider for services that have already been availed or consumed.

We are not liable for payment failures due to incorrect card information, insufficient funds, or technical issues with your card issuer. In such cases, please contact your bank or card provider directly to resolve the issue.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will see a confirmation screen. We recommend printing or saving this confirmation for your records, as it serves as proof of payment.

If you decide to cancel any part of your travel plan, please note that cancellation charges may apply as per the policies communicated to you at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed to the original payment card and may be affected by currency conversion or bank charges. We are not responsible for any variations in refund amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations.

All financial data is securely handled by our selected payment gateway partners, such as BillDesk in collaboration with YES Bank, or HDFC Bank, which provide a fully encrypted environment for processing your transaction.
