Travel from Heathrow to Kolkata with Emirates Airlines.
Arrive in Kolkata in the early morning. In the afternoon, enjoy a city tour featuring the exquisite Jain Temple, the iconic Victoria Memorial, the National Museum, and a visit to Mother Teresa's Orphanage. Spend the night at the Oberoi Grand.
In the morning, take a flight to Guwahati. Enjoy a sightseeing tour of the city, visiting the sacred Kamakhya Temple and the Commonwealth War Graves Cemetery. Afterwards, board your cruise and sail towards Kurua.
Sail upstream to Ganesh Pahar and discover a tranquil countryside nestled beneath lush, jungle-clad hills.
In the Wilderness area, the river is flanked by striking sandbanks, and on clear days, you can enjoy far-off views of the Himalayan peaks.
Begin the day early with a ride on a country boat and head to Orang National Park for an exciting elephant safari, Afterwards, return to the cruise ship and continue sailing upstream to Singri Ghat.
In the morning, cruise to Tezpur, then take a short drive to see the 6th century ruins of the Da Parbatia Temple. Later, discover the charm of the town with a cycle rickshaw ride.
Sail further upstream to Steemer Ghat, then proceed by road to Kaziranga National Park, where a jeep safari awaits to showcase the park's abundant wildlife.
Before dawn, set out for Kaziranga's central range for an early morning elephant safari. Enjoy breakfast at a lodge, followed by a leisurely walk through scenic terraced tea gardens. Later, visit a Mising tribal village to experience local culture. After lunch, embark on a jeep safari through the less-explored eastern range, then return to the cruise ship.
Depart early in the morning for Guwahati, then catch a fight back to Kolkata, Spend the night at the Oberoi Grand.
